Shiatsu at Spotlight 10K Challenge 2016

Shiatsu at the 2016 Spotlight Challenge, 5km and 10km run. Regents Park, London. 10am to 1pm. Supporting #ActingforOthers charity.

Once again I will be offering Shiatsu treatments together with students and graduates from The Shiatsu College and The British School of Shiatsu-Do.
